For me personally, having been involved in Swedish sailing since the launch of Search Magazine in 2007, the book serves as a reminder of times gone by, while at the same time many of the boats are still being sailed and built today. The pieces of the puzzle begin to fall into place. Facts are interwoven with anecdotes and details. And throughout the book, the people are there, bringing the story to life – from portraits of some of our greatest designers to encounters with owners and sailors who all have one thing in common: a passion for boats and sailing. Just as in my daily work, this is where I find my own strength, joy, and inspiration.
