1. PRODUCTS
We sell physical books shipped from Sweden. Product descriptions and prices are shown on the website. We reserve the right for minor variations in appearance due to printing or display differences.
2. PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS
We accept payment via Worldline and any payment methods made available through Worldline. Card details are handled securely by the payment provider and are never stored by us.
3. PRICES ARE SET IN SEK
Every purchase will include a valid VAT receipt. VAT exemption applies
for all countries outside of the European Union, and includes Iceland,
Liechtenstein, Norway, and Switzerland.
Your card will be debited when the order is placed.
4. ORDER CONFIRMATION
Directly after placing an order with Idesign you will receive
an order confirmation, i.e. your receipt, by e-mail. A binding agreement is formed when you receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us.
When the order has been picked-up by the designated shipper, you will receive a second
e-mail with tracking information.
If we are unable to fulfill your order due to availability issues or other
difficulties you will be refunded immediately.
5. DELIVERY INFORMATION & RATES
We ship worldwide from Sweden. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and on the Shipping page. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs handling or external factors.
Normal delivery times:
Sweden: 2-3 working days
Europe: 2-5 working days
World: 4-6 working days
Exact delivery cost appears in your basket.
6. RIGHTS OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMERS)
If you are a consumer within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods, without stating a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing before the withdrawal period expires.Returned items must be unused and in original condition. Please note that you are responsible for the care of it until they reach us. Make sure to wrap the books carefully to avoid damages in transit.

7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Refunds are issued within 14 days after we have received the returned goods or proof of return. Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original purchase.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless otherwise stated.
8. NON-EU CUSTOMERS
For customers outside the EU, return rights and conditions are stated in our Returns Policy. Customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

10. COMPLAINTS
If a product is defective or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. EU consumers may also submit disputes to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).

Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the you have
discovered or should have discovered the error or defect. According to
law, a private person has right of complaint regarding a product within
36 months.
Your complaints must include at least the following information:
Order number and title of the book(s) in question.
Returns may take place only when your complaint has been registered
and return instructions have been received from us. You are entitled
to return incorrect/defective products at Idesigns expense, provided
that you comply with our instructions. Returns may not be made against
payment on delivery.
Upon the approval of the complaint, payment will be refunded.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to shipping delays, customs processing, or force majeure events.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be settled by Swedish courts, unless mandatory consumer protection laws state otherwise.
